Full Job Description
Come build the Skybit Trading CLI — an AI-powered command-line interface that enables users to connect their brokerages, set up, and execute trades directly from the terminal. You will design intuitive command flows, integrate brokerage APIs, and ensure a seamless, secure trading experience for end-users.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an AI-driven CLI for brokerage integration and trade execution
Connect the CLI to various brokerage APIs for account and trade management
Design intuitive commands and workflows for non-technical traders
Ensure secure authentication and transaction handling
Document usage patterns and assist with onboarding resources
Requirements
3+ years of software engineering experience
Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Go. Experience in Rust is a plus.
Experience integrating with REST and WebSocket APIs
Familiarity with brokerage platforms or financial data systems
Prior experience working on AI-powered CLIs or similar developer tools
