Role:
We’re hiring a Social Media Manager, Short Form Content to lead the short-form content engine at Mozi Media, the team behind Alex and Leila Hormozi’s digital presence.
In this role, you will oversee strategy, creative direction, and team performance across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll manage a high-performing team of creators and ensure every asset meets the highest standards of storytelling, brand integrity, and audience impact.
You will report to the Creative Director and collaborate across content, analytics, and brand teams to drive growth, scale systems, and elevate the Hormozi short-form ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Lead the Short-Form Team
Manage and mentor a team of short-form creators
Provide high-impact feedback and raise the creative bar consistently
Build a culture of excellence, speed, accountability, and innovation
Own Platform Strategy
Develop and refine strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Set and monitor growth benchmarks tied to reach, engagement, and retention
Stay ahead of platform shifts, emerging trends, and audience behavior
Oversee Creative and Production
Guide the full content lifecycle: ideation, scripting, editing, publishing, and optimization
Protect and enhance the Hormozi brand voice and storytelling framework
Approve final content for quality, clarity, and emotional resonance
Build and Optimize Systems
Create scalable workflows and SOPs that improve speed and consistency
Maintain organized production systems in ClickUp, Notion, and Google Drive
Integrate tools and processes that support efficient, high-quality output
Analyze and Improve Performance
Review analytics to identify top-performing content and growth levers
Translate data into actionable creative and operational improvements
Provide weekly performance insights to inform direction and priorities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with brand, analytics, and long-form teams on unified storytelling
Coordinate cross-platform collaborations and special projects with Alex, Leila, and leadership
Innovation and Future-Proofing
Lead trend research and creative experimentation
Incorporate AI and next-gen tools to boost workflow efficiency and scale
Requirements
5+ years in social media management or content strategy with direct short-form experience
Proven success growing large accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop creative teams
Strong creative direction skills and a clear sense for high-performing short-form content
Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and audience psychology
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
Proficiency with essential tools (ClickUp/Asana/Notion, Google Drive, Premiere Pro/CapCut/Photoshop/Canva)
Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and using insights to guide creative decisions
Adaptable, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Bonus: Experience with AI tools (Runway, ChatGPT, Claude) and familiarity with the Hormozi brand and content style
Results
Maintain a consistent flow of daily short-form content with a two-week runway
Lead a high-performing creator team that delivers high-quality, on-brand content
Establish scalable workflows and SOPs that increase output speed and quality
Provide weekly performance insights with clear, actionable recommendations
Drive measurable growth in reach, watch time, engagement, and followers
Ensure all content meets brand standards for storytelling, tone, and visual quality
Schedule:
Able to work M-F onsite at the Acquisition.com Las Vegas headquarters with the goal of being available during all events PST (hours may vary)
Must be flexible and able to work additional hours/weekends before workshop events/holidays if the situation warrants it

Relocation Assistance:
We know that great talent comes from all over, so we're here to help you make the move.
For this role, we offer: $10,000–$15,000 in relocation support, plus up to 3 months of temporary housing (capped at $10,000).
Compensation:
$110,000-$135,000 base salary + bonus
The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below).
