Full Job Description

LatamCent is a nearshore hiring partner for B2B SaaS companies. We place pre-vetted LATAM talent (engineers, GTM, finance, marketing) in 21 days or less. We're growing fast, our content is finally catching up, and we need someone to own it.

This is a part-time role (20 hrs/week), fully remote, ideal for someone based in Latin America.


What You'll Own

You're not executing a content calendar someone else built. You're building it, running it, and improving it based on what actually works. That means:

Managing our presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook. This includes the LatamCent brand, Luiz Cent's personal brand, and the WHO WE HIRE podcast. Creating and scheduling content: copy, graphics, short-form video. Engaging with followers, comments, and DMs. Tracking what's working (reach, engagement, follower growth, pipeline) and reporting weekly. Repurposing case studies, client wins, and hiring insights into content that converts. Running paid social when needed on LinkedIn and Meta.


Who You Are

You have opinions about what works on social and you back them up with data. You don't need to be managed. You spot the opportunity, make the content, and ship it. You understand B2B audiences and you know LinkedIn isn't Instagram. You write clean English copy and you're not afraid to have a point of view.


What We're Looking For

3+ years managing social media for a brand or agency. A track record of growing and engaging audiences, especially on LinkedIn. Strong English copywriting. Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout, or similar). Basic design skills in Canva or Adobe. B2B, SaaS, or recruiting content experience is a real advantage.

Short-form video production and LinkedIn/Meta ads experience are a plus.
