The Role
Shape our social media presence from day one in a brand-new business stream, owning everything from content creation to community management.
What you will be doing
• Plan, create, and schedule content across channels (Instagram, Snapchat, X, TikTok, Facebook) using social media management tools
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions while building and nurturing online communities
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, clicks) and deliver regular insights to optimize content strategy
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to align social activity with campaigns and brand priorities
• Stay ahead of platform trends and test new formats to keep our brand fresh and relevant
• Set up processes and playbooks for this new function as we scale
What we are looking for
• Experience in social media or digital marketing, managing multiple channels and communities
• Strong hands-on experience with social media management platforms (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout, Later, etc.)
• Confident written communicator with clear, on-brand tone and understanding of what works on each platform
• Comfortable with basic analytics and using data to refine content approaches
• Organized, self-driven, and able to juggle multiple priorities independently
• Passion for staying current with social media trends and platform updates
