Social & Influencer Marketing Lead
A fast-growing wellness brand is seeking a Social & Influencer Marketing Lead to manage day-to-day social execution, influencer programs, and community engagement across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Working closely with the founder and Head of Marketing, this role will translate science-backed education and leadership content into high-performing social assets while maintaining the brand’s credibility and authority in neuroscience and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day social execution across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Build and manage a social content calendar aligned with broader marketing campaigns
Manage influencer outreach, product seeding, and creator partnerships
Support and amplify founder-led content, including educational videos and Instagram Lives
Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and audience insights
Repurpose long-form educational content into short-form social assets
Maintain consistent brand voice, visual quality, and scientific credibility
Build systems, trackers, and SOPs to improve content and influencer workflows
Ideal Candidate
4–7+ years in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
Highly organized and systems-oriented
Comfortable working directly with executive leadership and founders
Experience managing creator partnerships and influencer campaigns
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging content
Background or interest in wellness, movement, fitness, or health industries
