Full Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our systems and services.

  • Automate and streamline operations and processes.

  • Monitor system health, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address potential issues.

  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize system architecture.

  • Conduct post-incident reviews and implement improvements.

  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform and Ansible.

Skillset

  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

  • Strong experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).

  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash).

  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on site reliability.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
