Role Overview
As an HRBP at ZZAZZ.ai, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, aligning people strategy with business objectives. You will be responsible for driving employee engagement, supporting talent development, ensuring smooth HR operations, and building a thriving workplace culture that reflects the values of ZZAZZ.ai.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to design and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, well-being, and cultural alignment.
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding.
Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance.
Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Collaborate with operations to manage office welfare initiatives, fun activities, and team-building programs.
Analyze HR data/metrics to recommend proactive solutions and process improvements.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization.
Work closely with leadership on organizational development and change management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
4–7 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2+ years as an HRBP or in a strategic HR capacity.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
Experience in fast-paced startups/tech environments is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build trust and strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
