About the role
This is a unique opportunity to own Deel's global relationship with Oracle—one of the world's most influential enterprise technology companies. As our Oracle Senior Strategic Partnership Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for Oracle's alliances, sales, and product teams, responsible for developing and scaling a partnership that spans Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Cloud ERP, and NetSuite.
Oracle's deep enterprise footprint makes this partnership strategically critical. You'll sit at the intersection of Deel's sales, product, and go-to-market functions—building executive-level relationships at Oracle, running complex co-sell cycles, and coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple geographies. This role reports directly to the VP of Global Partnerships and carries global scope with the flexibility to be based in EMEA.
What you'll do
Own Deel's global strategic relationship with Oracle, serving as the primary alliance owner across Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Cloud ERP, and NetSuite business units
Build and deepen executive relationships with Oracle's global alliances, sales, ISV, and product leadership teams
Develop and execute a joint go-to-market strategy with Oracle that drives qualified pipeline, co-sell revenue, and mutual customer success
Identify and qualify co-sell opportunities with Oracle's enterprise field teams globally, guiding deals through to close in collaboration with Deel's sales organization
Enable Oracle's sellers, partner ecosystem, and system integrators on Deel's platform, use cases, and value proposition
Negotiate and manage co-selling agreements, joint marketing initiatives, and technology integration roadmaps
Track, analyze, and report on partnership KPIs including influenced ARR, partner-sourced pipeline, and joint customer wins
Collaborate cross-functionally with Deel's sales, marketing, product, legal, and finance teams to deliver on partnership commitments
Represent Deel at Oracle events, partner summits, and executive business reviews globally
Monitor Oracle's product strategy and roadmap to proactively identify new integration and co-sell opportunities
What you'll bring
5 – 8 + years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development within enterprise software
Deep familiarity with the Oracle ecosystem— Mainly with Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Cloud ERP, or NetSuite experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of building and scaling global technology partnerships that deliver measurable, recurring revenue impact
Experience co-selling with and through large enterprise software vendors at a global scale
Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships at VP and C-suite level
Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment across multiple time zones
Experience in or adjacent to HR tech, payroll, workforce management, or global employment is a plus
Willingness to travel internationally for partner events, executive meetings, and customer engagements
Fluency in English required; additional languages welcomed, particularly for EMEA-based candidates
