Full Job Description
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a strategic, cross-functional leadership role shaping where Uberall competes, how we position our products, and how we enable our global revenue teams to win, especially in our core growth markets.
You will be responsible for defining product positioning, influencing product direction, leading high‑impact GTM motions, and architecting the messaging and enablement that drives both acquisition and expansion. This role requires someone who can move confidently between strategy and execution, and who is comfortable owning major initiatives end‑to‑end.
We’re looking for someone with a strong grasp of AI-driven discovery, multi-location marketing, competitive strategy, and customer storytelling. Someone who can elevate our narrative and help Uberall win in a rapidly shifting market.
What You’ll Own & Lead:
Strategic Positioning & Market Leadership
Own the positioning and value narrative for key product areas, including how we differentiate vs. US competitors (e.g., Yext, SOCi).
Lead the development and refinement of ICP, personas, use cases, and buyer journeys across our portfolio.
Drive competitive intelligence for the areas of the product portfolio you own, and win–loss insights that influence product direction and GTM strategy.
Major Product Launches & GTM Leadership
Own full go-to-market planning for major releases, coordinating across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling stories that land across the buying committee.
Revenue Enablement
Build and deliver high-impact sales team enablement: pitch decks, battlecards, talk tracks, ROI storytelling, objection handling.
Enable both direct sales and reseller channels with tailored messaging and rollout plans.
Continually improve enablement effectiveness through data, field feedback, and competitive insights.
Customer & Market Insight
Be a primary voice of the customer, bringing insights from customer interviews, usage data, and sales conversations into product roadmap and messaging.
Partner with Product to validate concepts, shape use cases, and ensure roadmap alignment with market needs.
Expansion & Adoption
Design and execute cross-sell and upsell programs that drive adoption of our solution.
Partner with Customer Success and Growth Marketing to develop campaigns, lifecycle content, and in-app activation strategies.
Content & Thought Leadership
Lead the creation of high-value content: one-pagers, competitive briefs, website copy, vertical narratives, case studies, and webinar materials.
Support Uberall’s leadership in emerging spaces like AI search, GEO, and LPO.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Skills
7+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS (multi-location, martech, or AI a plus).
Proven ability to own positioning and narrative development at a strategic level.
Strong track record of leading GTM motions, not just participating in them.
Experience in location marketing, SEO/GEO, or AI-led platforms
Experience in the US market & ideally players in our competitive landscape
Experience working with product-led and sales-led go-to-market motions
Experience enabling global sales teams: bonus for channel or reseller enablement.
Strong competitive analysis skills and experience shaping strategy in competitive markets (US market experience strongly preferred).
Outstanding written and verbal communication, including the ability to simplify complexity.
Ability to influence cross-functionally and lead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Self-directed, outcome-driven, comfortable with ambiguity and high ownership.
