Full Job Description

As an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in selling SaaS solutions, you will play a key role in accelerating our growth by building on our strong foundation and expanding our reach within the region.

You will take a consultative approach to sales, leveraging your polished presentation skills to engage new customers and drive meaningful business impact. Your primary focus will be on driving incremental growth in monthly recurring revenue and acquiring new logos, all while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for sales, eager to take on new challenges and make a lasting impact in a high-growth environment. We are looking for someone with previous experience within Saas MarTech Industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships within accounts in your territory

  • Lead enterprise engagement process that is based on MEDDPICC (MEDDIC) and champion-based selling to mid-market organizations.

  • Manage complex sales cycles, an adaptation of tendering processes and major responsibility in extensive contract negotiations with users, influencers and decision-makers at the CxO management level

  • Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling mid-market

  • Platform solutions that align with the customer’s product needs and business priorities.

  • Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation

  • Partner with Sales Development /Solution Engineering and Customer Success assigned to your territory to prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources

  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis

  • Track all opportunity and customer details, including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce

Your profile:

  • Proven experience of 5+ years selling Saas for the UK&I market

  • Experience selling to VP and C-level executives

  • Previous experience seeling Saas within MarTech

  • Knowledge of digital marketing

  • Track record of success in selling to enterprise companies

  • Consistently deliver on quarterly and annual quotas

  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles from prospecting to signing by using solution-selling techniques

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Team-selling experience is a plus

  • Willingness to travel is a must
