About the role
We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Marketing Manager with strong B2B SaaS experience to own demand generation and drive pipeline growth.
You’ll play a key role in delivering our growth objectives, leading demand generation and working closely with Sales to drive measurable revenue impact.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll take accountability for pipeline performance, not just campaign delivery.
You’ll also lead and develop the marketing team, acting as a trusted deputy to the Director of Marketing.
Proven B2B SaaS marketing experience in demand generation and pipeline growth is essential for this role.
This role is home-based, with travel across the UK required as needed (typically every 4–6 weeks) for team meetings and events. We have an office in Manchester, but the marketing team is geographically distributed, so flexibility to travel is important. A valid UK driving licence or access to good public transport is essential.
What you'll be doing
Own demand generation strategy and execution, driving pipeline volume, quality and conversion against defined targets
Take accountability for delivering against pipeline targets, not just campaign performance
Work closely with Sales, sharing ownership of pipeline and revenue outcomes
Use CRM and marketing data (e.g. HubSpot) to track performance, optimise campaigns and improve conversion
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, building a culture focused on delivery and results
Act as a trusted deputy to the Director of Marketing, taking ownership of key initiatives
What we're looking for
Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment, owning demand generation and pipeline targets
Strong track record of delivering against pipeline or revenue targets
Experience running multi-channel campaigns across paid, email, content and/or ABM
Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to optimise marketing investment against pipeline and revenue outcomes
Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot) to manage pipeline and performance
