We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketer who can think strategically, move fast, and execute flawlessly, a builder who can bridge brand and direct response, and make both sing. You’ll support the execution of our marketing vision, driving full-funnel strategy across paid media, email, and programmatic channels that convert attention into revenue.

You’ll work alongside a team of A-players, guiding them to create campaigns that don’t just perform, but change the way people see what’s possible. You’ll also take the stage as a Subject Matter Expert in our workshops, sharing insights that shape how others in the industry think about marketing.

Responsibilities:

Paid Media Campaigns and Strategy

  • Leverage top performing organic content in paid media strategies that meet KPI standards. Never sacrificing brand or reputation for cheap clicks

  • Develop and execute new and existing paid media strategies across multiple platforms hitting weekly output KPI

    • 25 new pieces of creative pushed weekly

  • Use data analysis tools like Hyros and Hubspot to monitor and analyze campaign performance.

    • Using that data, optimize KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPM, and CTR to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and achieve maximum efficiency

  • Align with all stakeholders of the leadership team to ensure all Workshop marketing efforts are properly aligned and supported by the other functions - sales, brand, customer success, finance, events, and recruiting.

Conversion Optimization and Lead Funnel Management

  • Own the workshop lead funnel process and provide detailed reports for customer behavior and optimize conversions

  • Troubleshoot and optimize our current funnels to improve quality lead throughput

  • Lead Conversion Optimization efforts across all marketing channels, focusing on improving the workshop registration experience and increasing conversion rates

Data-Driven Decision Making and Reporting

  • Work with the Sales team to analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and implement initiatives based on data

  • Develop and implement best practices for marketing operations, ensuring scalability and efficiency in all processes

  • Develop and implement a clear reporting system to track budget utilization

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in marketing with a proven track record of ability to execute to drive revenue

  • Expertise in managing paid ads on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Google, and other platforms, preferably with marketing budgets ranging from $100k–$400k/month

  • Proven results in developing and optimizing sales funnels for maximum conversions

  • Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking tools

  • Excellent understanding of media buying and budget management

  • Leadership and team management abilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset

  • Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams

  • Adaptability and willingness to stay updated with industry changes

Results:

  • Increase in Revenue & Profitability: The better our advertising campaigns perform, the more we can afford to spend on advertising, which leads to substantial growth in revenue and profitability for the company.

  • High-Converting Funnels: Develop and optimize high-converting sales funnels with the Director of Sales and CRO Lead to achieve maximum conversion rates.

  • Broad Visibility: All projects and initiatives are clearly and publicly tracked in Asana to allow for easy visibility for all senior leadership.

  • Executive Presence: Produce a high NPS/customer satisfaction score across all roundtable and spotlight efforts you lead. Creating positive WOM and a memorable customer experience

  • Hitting Deadlines & Budgets: All deliverables should be completed on time and within budget.

Schedule:

  • Must be flexible and able to work additional hours/weekends for workshop events/holidays if the situation warrants it

Location:

  • Remote, USA

  • Must reside in AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, IN, MD, MI, MN, NV, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT

Compensation:

  • $125,000 - $160,000 + 10% bonus

  • The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below).
