The Role

As a Sales Manager, SMB (North America), you will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for driving new business and expansion revenue across Deel IT’s SMB segment.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll combine people leadership, pipeline generation, and operational rigor to scale a high-performing sales team. You’ll work cross-functionally with SDRs, Core AEs, Partnerships, and Marketing to drive consistent pipeline and revenue growth.

You will play a key role in embedding Deel IT into Deel’s broader go-to-market motion, ensuring strong attach rates, high win rates, and a world-class customer experience.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of first-line sales management experience leading high-performing teams

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS or IT solutions

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets as both an IC and leader

  • Experience selling multi-product, IT solutions (IT SaaS - MDM/IAM/Security or hardware) is a strong plus

  • Strong background in pipeline generation, deal inspection, and forecasting

  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product
