About the Role

We are on an exciting journey to unlock productivity with our GoLinks Suite. As part of this product growth, we’re looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our in-person team at our San Jose, CA office three days a week.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with Account Executives (AEs) to source and close SMB, mid-market, and enterprise SaaS opportunities. You’ll own the early stages of the sales process — identifying top prospects, creating pipeline, and selling the value of GoLinks by addressing customer needs and demonstrating our unique benefits.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify and pursue cold and warm opportunities, developing a strong demo pipeline using outbound methods

  • Prospect effectively on LinkedIn and through email, demonstrating creativity and consistency in booking meetings with target accounts

  • Identify top prospects and leads through diligent market research and share insights and feedback with the sales and marketing teams

  • Deliver an exceptional experience for prospects throughout the sales process

  • Track, analyze, and refine ways to improve outbound campaigns and conversion rates

  • Represent GoLinks at events, conferences, and in-person networking opportunities to generate leads and build relationships

Who You Are

  • Experienced in outbound prospecting. You’ve demonstrated success sourcing and booking meetings through LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns, with a track record of exceeding activity and meeting goals.

  • Strong communicator. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can confidently connect with prospects over email, phone, and in person.

  • Quick learner and adaptable. You’re curious about technology and sales, eager to learn new tools and approaches, and able to quickly adapt to changing goals or processes.

  • Resilient and results-oriented. You stay motivated in the face of rejection and are driven to achieve and exceed your targets.

  • Growth mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are excited to grow your skills and career in sales.

  • Team-oriented. You enjoy collaborating in person with your peers and thrive in a high-energy office environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay Transparency

The annual base salary range for this role is $45,000 USD, with uncapped commission and on-target earnings of $65,000 USD. Actual salary will vary depending on various factors, which include, but are not limited to a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

This is a full-time, in-person position based at our San Jose, CA office.

GoLinks’ total compensation package for full-time employees includes equity, and extensive benefits and perks.
