Position SummaryThe Sales & Operations Specialist will work with the Adept Sales team assisting in generating sales quotes and processing orders. Will work with the Finance team to ensure order integrity. Will assist Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to support overall business needs. Duties & Responsibilities SalesWill own Quote-to-Order processesResponsible to create and update sales quotesWill assist sales with Licensing and Pricing strategies in ExcelReceive and Process orders Coordinate and assist with Partner transactions (Global Footprints, DLT)Will ensure Order AccuracyResolve rejected orders, working with Finance, Sales, and/or Customers as neededWill send order confirmation communications to customers Will assist sales with software forecasting scheduleFinanceWill Send Vendor Purchase OrdersWill Reconcile End-of-Month Software Forecast to BillingsWill complete requested documentation from customers COI, Vendor Forms, ACH Forms, W-9OperationsWill create and update Adept Salesforce contracts and assetsWill generate and send Customer Authorization Codes for orders and Customer Portal RequestsWill receive and handle or forward Ring Group VoicemailsWill receive and distribute faxesOtherWill support Senior Leader special projects or initiativesRequirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceA minimum of 5 years in a Sales Support roleAccounting experience desiredExperience in a CRM solution required, Salesforce experience a plusExperience in MS Office applications with intermediate MS Excel skills requiredAbility to juggle multiple projects with shifting priorities Good verbal and written communication skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religious creed, ancestry, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, sexual identity or handicap.
