You ll lead the charge on monetization strategy across our product ecosystem creating experiences that drive meaningful revenue while deepening value for millions of families around the world. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you ll operate at both strategic and tactical levels: guiding the roadmap, developing new business models, diving into the details of experiments, and scaling what works. You ll partner closely with co-founders, executives, and cross-functional leaders across engineering, design, data, and marketing to align on bold goals and deliver fast. You ll be a hands-on builder and thoughtful leader someone who drives clarity in ambiguity, inspires high standards, and raises the bar for both product quality and business results.
