The Role

Our operations team is growing! We’re looking for a commercially driven Revenue Operations Manager to join our team in London to continue to support the growing demands of the business during a period of rapid growth.

The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for the status of all of our merchant data, ensuring we are extracting in a timely manner to deliver our daily KPI reports, find new opportunities to improve our data processes and support the other teams with any data requests.

We’re looking for someone who is ready to take ownership of our merchant data, leading a team and developing their skills, with the ambition of being the go-to expert on all our merchant data queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team that’s responsible for ensuring reports are updated accurately and on time in accordance to business reporting requirements

  • Support data engineering with our automated data extraction project, providing valuable insights into how different affiliate platforms work

  • Document and regularly review how to guides for navigating affiliate platforms

  • Support the extraction & upload of data from marketing and merchant systems

  • Work closely with commercial team to follow up on any data queries

  • Monitor daily data processes and alerts

  • Ongoing QA on the datasets and the reports

  • Take ownership of updating the wider business on the status of all merchant data

  • Liaise with business on issues, identifying the cause and finding a timely resolution

  • Use revenue data to identify and flag issues or opportunities for the business

  • Help the operations team in our quest to automate tasks, setting the business up to scale

About You:

  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to follow (and develop) processes

  • Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of Google Products suite (especially Google Sheets)

  • Experience in the i-Gaming industry with extensive knowledge of affiliate platforms

  • Enthusiastic about identifying and solving problems

  • Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of the power of daily data

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the business

  • You thrive when working as part of a team

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Available for weekend work as part of a wider team rota

  • Quick learner when it comes to onboarding onto new data, automation & CMS systems

  • Have excellent written and verbal English skills

  • Last but not least, you’ll have no ego!
