Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour

About the Role:
KB Behavioral Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license to join our growing team. Part-time or Full-time hours available, Monday-Friday.

This is a remote, flexible position where you’ll provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities—backed by a collaborative and supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients with developmental disabilities and autism
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in behavioral health

Skills:

- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and interventions
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical documentation
