Role Overview
As a Remote BCBA Practice Leader, you will conduct functional behavior and skill assessments, develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans, and supervise RBTs in implementing these plans. This senior-level role involves evaluating client progress, adjusting treatments, and collaborating with teams to ensure high-quality care delivery. You will have significant autonomy in managing your practice, focusing on clinical outcomes and staff support.

Full Job Description
Our mission is to allow BCBAs to manage their caseload in away that provides for the best clinical outcomes, a healthy work/life balance for you, and stable RBT staff. We do this through lower caseloads, telehealth and a platform that gives you autonomy.
We provide BCBAs with everything they need to go independent, from finding clients to credentialing, scheduling, billing and recruiting.
This is a Telehealth position but you must reside in the state of South Carolina
What the role entails!
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives
Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans
Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Helping our staff understand what features are most important to help parents and providers in offering the best quality of care
Communicate with our team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification
Masters Degree
Must live in South Carolina
Strong leadership skills
Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care.
Driven, with a strong desire to establish an independent practice.
Strong communication skills

Earning Range: $90,000 - $125,000 per year
