Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician with Peak Era ABA

Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience

About the Role

Peak Era ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join a supportive and growing ABA practice. This is a great opportunity for professionals who are excited to provide meaningful, individualized care and thrive in a collaborative clinical environment.

We have current openings in Salt Lake City, UT. The position offers full-time hours, and is an excellent opportunity for students studying ABA or related fields.

RBTs play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavior therapy to children and families. You’ll work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans and help clients build essential skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, clinic, or community settings

  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA

  • Collect and document accurate data on client progress

  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

  • Communicate professionally with families and team members

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification through the BACB

  • Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields

  • Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism

  • A compassionate and patient approach to care

  • Ability to pass background checks and meet other compliance requirements
