Pay: $18-$22 per hour
About the Role
Peak Era ABA (https://peakeraaba.com/) is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join a supportive and growing ABA practice. This is a great opportunity for professionals who are excited to provide meaningful, individualized care and thrive in a collaborative clinical environment.
We have current openings in Utah County, UT. The position offers 15-20 hours per week with a flexible schedule, making it an excellent opportunity for students studying ABA or related fields.
BTs play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavior therapy to children and families. You’ll work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans and help clients build essential skills.
Responsibilities
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, clinic, or community settings
Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
Collect and document accurate data on client progress
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Communicate professionally with families and team members
Qualifications
Active RBT certification through the BACB (preferred)
Completed 40 hours of RBT Training (required)
Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields
Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
A compassionate and patient approach to care
Ability to pass background checks and meet other compliance requirements
