We are actively looking for experienced Red Team offensive security professionals with a strong focus on authorized security assessments and vulnerability discovery on client systems. This is a long-term remote opportunity, suitable for full-time specialists; high-performing part-time candidates may also be considered.
Responsibilities:
Conduct authorized Red Team security assessments with a primary focus on identifying and documenting valid remote access vulnerabilities on assigned client targets Identify, analyze, and chain vulnerabilities (file upload, remote code execution, directory traversal, misconfigurations, weak permissions, etc.) Deliver verified and documented security findings for internal client review and remediation Document exploitation methodology and security assessment results; collaborate with the review team on vulnerability validation Work independently and maintain consistent weekly deliverables
Requirements:
Proven, hands-on experience in real-world authorized Red Team security assessments and penetration testing (not just CTF or lab environments) Strong understanding of: Web application security assessment, Server misconfiguration analysis, File upload vulnerability testing, Privilege escalation assessment, CMS / framework-specific vulnerability identification Ability to work independently with minimal guidance Stable internet connection and flexible timezone availability High sense of responsibility, discretion, and adherence to client confidentiality agreements Understanding that all work is conducted under formal authorization and scope agreements with clients
Compensation:
Weekly base salary: $300 $1200, depending on experience, quality, and consistency. PLUS performance bonuses per verified security finding, based on finding severity, complexity, and impact. Some high-impact findings may carry significantly higher bonuses depending on their business risk level and client assessment scope.
