What you’ll do:

  • Partner closely with client talent acquisition and hiring teams to move senior candidates through the interview process

  • Own the interviewer management process and work closely with engineering teams to align their availability to interview candidates

  • Own the candidate experience and create memorable interactions that help attract the best talent

  • Schedule candidate interviews, travel, and logistics in a timely and accurate manner

  • Manage ad hoc talent projects, including data & reporting work

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles

  • Previously thrived in an environment with high-volume recruitment needs

  • Prior experience operating in a fast-paced, technology organization

  • Proven ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience to industry-leading talent

  • High level of data integrity

  • Google suite proficiency

  • Experience with Greenhouse
