Overview:SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a QA Engineer.We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.Purpose of the role:You will be responsible for testing new features in Production and QA environments, performing functional and non-functional testing, monitoring logs, maintaining test documentation, analyzing automation reports, and collaborating with other teams to ensure overall product quality.Key responsibilities: New feature testing on Production and QA staging Function/Non-function testing Logs monitoring Creation and maintenance of test documentation (Test-Cases, Spec, Bug-reports and etc. ) Analysis of automation bug reports Communication with other departments Required Experience:
At least 1 year of experience as a Manual QA Engineer (mainly in web projects) UI testing and troubleshooting using developer tools and Figma Experience with API testing Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation (checklists, test cases, etc.) Knowledge of various software testing techniques and methodologies Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask English level: Intermediate+ Proficient in Russian both in written and verbal communication Nice to have: Prior experience working with logs Prior experience in setting up processes Prior experience working with Git Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS Tasks Our Benefits: Full-time remote work opportunities and flexible working hours Private insurance Additional 1 Day Off per calendar year Sports program compensation Comprehensive Mental Health Programme Free online English lessons with a native speaker Generous referral program Training, internal workshops, and participation in international professional conferences and corporate events.
