This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can juggle priorities, and provides exceptional administrative and project support.Responsibilities:Coordinate the effective delivery of projects, including oversight of ETAs, resourcing, compliance, and quality assurance.Support Project Managers across all stages of the project lifecycle from planning and due diligence to reporting, evaluation, and close-out.Maintain and update project systems such as D-Tools and the Project Portal.Prepare and review documentation such as contracts, O&M Manuals, PCDs, SWMS, sub-contractor agreements, and project budgets.Liaise with clients for inductions, insurance information, and handover documentation.Collaborate closely with internal teams Sales, Engineering, Warehousing, and Logistics to ensure smooth project delivery.Track hardware deliveries, coordinate logistics, and escalate any delays or procurement issues.Assist with contractor onboarding, including agreements, insurance, rates, and scheduling.Manage administrative tasks related to project completion, documentation, and feedback collection.Support operations-related activities such as technician scheduling, toolbox meetings, and equipment management.Process subcontractor invoices and assist with general administrative duties as required by the Operations Manager.Requirements:1 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative/project support role.Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines effectively.Proficiency in project administration tools and documentation management.A proactive and flexible attitude with a commitment to supporting team success.Why RecruitGo?RecruitGo seamlessly links world-class business partners with top-tier global talent in emerging markets.
