About the Role

We're seeking a strategic Program Manager to orchestrate all learning workstreams for the launch of our new Arizona facility. This is a critical coordination role supporting the standup of a state-of-the-art pharmacy operation that will include Dispense, Fulfillment, PIT, Non-Sterile Compounding, Sterile Compounding, Automation, and Facilities departments.

As the Program Manager, you won't be creating training content—you'll be the strategic orchestrator who ensures everything happens seamlessly between SOP publication and training execution. You'll coordinate 20+ subject matter experts, manage complex timelines, prioritize content development workflows, and ensure quality across all learning programs before handoff to the site learning team.

Contract Duration: 6 months (April - September 2026), with potential extension based on project needs
Location: Gilbert/Mesa, Arizona area - Hybrid/flexible with up to 3 days per week onsite as needed

What You'll Do

Strategic Coordination & Workflow Management

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end workflow from SOP publication through training readiness, managing all activities between content creation and execution

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines across multiple learning workstreams and departments

  • Prioritize and sequence work for content designers and contractors, providing clear direction and information needed for development

  • Create and implement quality assurance processes to ensure training materials meet standards before site deployment

Stakeholder & SME Management

  • Coordinate with 20+ subject matter experts across Dispense, Fulfillment, PIT, Non-Sterile Compounding, Sterile Compounding, Automation, and Facilities

  • Facilitate alignment meetings and communication between SMEs, content designers, and learning teams

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication channels across all levels

  • Build strong partnerships with vendors and contractors supporting content development

Learning Program Oversight

  • Guide development of visual training guides, competency assessments, and knowledge check quizzes based on SOPs

  • Determine enrollment strategies and identify which groups require training for each program

  • Ensure facilities and operations training aligns with launch requirements and regulatory standards

  • Prepare comprehensive handoff documentation for the site learning manager and team

Project Management & Reporting

  • Maintain project tracking systems and dashboards using Asana, Smartsheets, and Google platforms

  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies proactively

  • Provide regular status updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and resource needs

  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and launch deadlines

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in learning & development, operations launch, or organizational change

  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with competing priorities

  • Strong coordination skills with demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority

  • Experience managing 15+ stakeholders simultaneously across different functional areas

  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and quality

  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Smartsheets, Google Workspace)

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pharmacy operations or healthcare experience

  • Background in training program development or instructional design coordination

  • Familiarity pharmaceutical regulatory requirements

  • Experience with new facility launches or large-scale operational implementations

  • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification

Work Environment

This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely while maintaining strong collaboration with onsite teams. Travel to the Gilbert/Mesa facility will range from 0-3 days per week depending on vendor coordination, stakeholder meetings, and project phase requirements.
