Which is one of our successfull hybrid-casual puzzle game which continues to grow and evolve.

Role

As a Product Specialist for This is Blast!, you will be the orchestrator of the game's live operations, ensuring smooth releases, engaging live events, and high-quality player experiences. This hybrid role combines LiveOps management, QA testing, and project coordination, with QA being the primary focus.You will work closely with our Product Manager and cross-functional teams to coordinate feature implementations, manage release schedules, and ensure every update delights our growing player base. This is an opportunity to have direct impact on a scaling product while building valuable skills in project management, data analysis, and game operations.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute live events, seasonal content, and in-game promotions

  • Manage the live content calendar and coordinate with design, engineering, and marketing teams

  • Monitor event performance and player engagement metrics to optimize future activations

  • Manage game release schedules and coordinate implementation across teams

  • Conduct thorough QA testing of new features, events, and content before releases

  • Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution

  • Develop and maintain QA workflows and testing processes

  • Monitor game performance, player feedback, and key metrics

  • Provide input on game performance and opportunities for improvement

Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in LiveOps, game operations, QA (workflows/processes focus), or project management in mobile gaming

  • Strong passion for mobile puzzle and hybrid-casual games, with a deep understanding of what makes them engaging and successful

  • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate design ideas to cross-functional teams

  • Iterative mindset with the ability to rapidly test, learn, and improve designs based on feedbackAnalytical mindset comfortable working with data and metrics

  • Fluent in English; French is a plus
