Duco, FounderSince your role with us will rarely fit a job description, we only wrote a crisp overview.What you'll be doing in this roleBuild and maintain a modular design system create a system that powers both live implementations and Figma prototypes.Design complex onboarding flows architect journeys that adapt to modular, multi-step customer needs.Apply a conversion-focused mindset measure, test, and refine every step of the user experience.Prototype quickly and systematically test ideas fast and refine based on customer feedback.Collaborate with engineering work closely with front-end and back-end teams to ensure designs translate seamlessly into production.Shape our design culture set foundations and standards that help the team scale.What we're looking for4 6+ years of experience designing complex products or workflows (B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or compliance/fintech experience a plus).Systems thinking you see beyond individual screens to the long-term structure of design systems.
