About the Role

We are hiring a Product Delivery Manager to own how our mobile product gets planned, prioritized, and shipped across iOS and Android.

This role sits at the center of product delivery, ensuring work moves efficiently from concept to release. You will own sequencing, prioritization, dependency management, and delivery timelines while partnering closely with Engineering, Growth, Data, Product, and Leadership.

You will play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, balancing user needs, business impact, and technical complexity to determine what gets built next. This is a senior-level position with significant influence on product direction and execution.

You will report directly to the CEO and operate as a peer to the Engineering Lead, Head of Growth, and Data Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery planning across mobile product initiatives.

  • Create and maintain prioritized roadmaps, release plans, and delivery timelines.

  • Drive sequencing, prioritization, work-in-progress management, and dependency resolution.

  • Coordinate execution across engineering, growth, analytics, QA, and leadership stakeholders.

  • Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and clear execution priorities.

  • Research features opportunities, customer feedback, and product signals to inform roadmap decisions.

  • Evaluate effort versus impact to support prioritization and investment decisions.

  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog management, release coordination, and delivery reviews.

  • Identify delivery risks early and drive alignment on mitigation strategies.

  • Lead discussions that unblock teams and accelerate decision-making.

  • Ensure mobile, backend, analytics, and growth initiatives remain aligned throughout execution.

  • Establish operational processes that improve predictability, velocity, and release quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Producer, Delivery Lead, or similar role supporting consumer mobile applications.

  • Proven experience shipping products on both iOS and Android.

  • Experience working on consumer-facing applications with significant user bases.

  • Strong background in agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, release management, and dependency tracking.

  • Hands-on experience coordinating work across mobile, backend, analytics, QA, and product teams.

  • Advanced proficiency with Jira and agile project management workflows.

  • Strong product judgment with experience contributing to discovery, requirements definition, and prioritization decisions.

  • Ability to independently drive initiatives from planning through release.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Comfortable influencing senior leaders and making prioritization recommendations.

  • English proficiency: C2 (written and verbal).

  • Availability to work in America time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience shipping creative tools, gaming products, animation software, or children's and family applications.

  • Experience working in experimentation-driven environments using tools such as Amplitude and A/B testing frameworks.

  • Experience managing external platforms or strategic partner relationships.
