The Role

Join our mission-critical team protecting our global gaming community. As a Player Operations Specialist, you'll be the guardian of our platform—detecting fraud, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing secure payment operations that keep millions of players safe and engaged.

What You'll Do

Fraud Detection & Prevention: Analyze player behavior patterns and transaction data to identify and prevent fraudulent accounts and suspicious activities before they impact our community
KYC & Compliance: Conduct thorough identity verification procedures, assess risk profiles, and perform Enhanced Due Diligence on high-risk accounts to maintain regulatory standards
Payment Operations: Manage end-to-end payment processes including transaction verification, invoice processing, reconciliation, and payment decision workflows
Risk Investigation: Review transaction reports for anomalies, investigate potential money laundering activities, and document findings for regulatory compliance
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with compliance, customer support, and product teams to maintain documentation standards and continuously improve our risk management framework
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate customer records, track case resolution progress, and escalate operational issues through proper channels

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience:
• 2+ years in KYC, Payments, or Risk Specialist roles within financial services, fintech, or gaming industries
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Criminal Justice, or equivalent professional experience
• Hands-on experience with USA and/or European gaming regulations and compliance frameworks

Core Skills:
Analytical Excellence: Strong data analysis capabilities with keen attention to detail and pattern recognition
Communication: Professional-level written and spoken English for stakeholder communication and documentation
Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset with ability to identify process improvements and work effectively under pressure
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with compliance software, payment processing systems, and data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional certifications in AML, fraud prevention, or risk management
• Experience with automated fraud detection systems
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and digital payment methods
