What You'll Do

• Lead Unity game builds from idea to launch, ensuring every title is engaging, polished, and high-performing

• Own the full production lifecycle: scoping, sprint planning, milestones, and delivery

• Champion quality—set and uphold standards for gameplay 'feel,' visual polish, and mobile performance

• Collaborate with designers and product teams, tuning game aspects based on player feedback

• Mentor and support both internal developers and external partners, reviewing and ensuring cohesive delivery

• Build repeatable, scalable processes for developing and maintaining multiple Unity titles efficiently

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years hands-on Unity game development experience

• Track record of launching polished mobile games (hypercasual or casual a big plus)

• Strong skills in gameplay feel, pacing, timing, and UX

• Experience leading teams—comfortable coaching, delegating, and collaborating

• Clear communicator—able to align diverse groups around a shared vision

• Familiarity with remote or external production partners is an advantage
