Redwoods Leavitt Insurance, a Leavitt Group affiliate, is seeking an energetic, motivated professional with a winning attitude to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager in Medford-Grant Pass, OR or Crescent City, CA. The Personal Lines Account Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service while managing and growing personal insurance accounts.
Job Duties
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Provide consistent, accurate, and timely communication via phone, email, and written correspondence
Meet with clients as needed to review accounts and address insurance needs
Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions
Accurately document client activity in the Agency Management System
Process incoming emails and client requests promptly
Issue certificates of insurance, ID cards, policies, and related documents
Quote, sell, and service personal lines insurance policies
Prepare applications, submit to carriers, and obtain client signatures
Manage policy renewals and maintain accurate client files
What You Bring
Active Property & Casualty license.
Experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager.
AMS360 experience preferred
Understanding of Personal Lines coverages and service processes
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with basic office software and comfort learning agency systems.
