Full Job Description
LeanData helps the world's fastest-growing companies automate, simplify, and accelerate revenue.
As our People & Talent Specialist, you'll sit at the heart of the employee experience - supporting candidates from first conversation through offer, and supporting employees from onboarding through everyday people operations. This is a true hybrid role: roughly half recruiting coordination and sourcing, half people operations. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, moves quickly, and wants exposure to the full lifecycle of how a high-growth SaaS company hires and cares for its people.
You'll report to our People Operations Manager and partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and the broader People & Talent function.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Source candidates across LinkedIn, ATS pipelines, referrals, and other channels for active roles across the business.
Conduct initial candidate screens, assess fit, and move strong candidates through the funnel.
Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination, partnering with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a smooth, professional experience.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our ATS (Ashby), including candidate notes, status changes, and reporting inputs.
Support employer brand activities, including job postings, candidate communications, and recruiting events.
Partner with the TA Manager on pipeline health, sourcing strategies, and process improvements.
People Operations
Support performance review cycles end-to-end: system setup, manager and employee communications, tracking completion, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with our benefits broker on open enrollment, employee benefits questions, and ongoing program administration.
Help administer our HRIS (BambooHR), including employee data updates, reporting, and audits.
Support onboarding and offboarding logistics in partnership with the People Operations Manager.
Respond to day-to-day employee questions on policies, benefits, time off, and general HR topics — escalating sensitive matters appropriately.
Assist with compliance activities across US and UK entities, including I-9s, right-to-work checks, and required reporting.
Contribute to people programs and initiatives such as engagement surveys, recognition, and culture activities.
Qualifications
Required
2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, people operations, HR coordination, or a similar hybrid role.
Hands-on experience with an ATS and/or HRIS.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you can hold a lot of moving pieces without losing track.
Clear, warm written and verbal communication with candidates, employees, and managers.
Sound judgment around confidential information and sensitive employee matters.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift.
Preferred
Experience in B2B SaaS or another high-growth technology company.
Exposure to both US and UK employment contexts.
Familiarity with Ashby, BambooHR, Lattice, or similar tools.
Experience supporting a performance review cycle or open enrollment.
