The Role
We’re looking for an Interim Operations Manager to join our team in London. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about optimising processes for efficiency and who comes with experience in leveraging automation tools to drive improvements in a high growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement new processes to improve efficiency and accuracy across the business.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues with operational processes and develop requirements for technical/development solutions.
Manage/develop and build Ops team (Data Ops and Website/Content Ops)
Manage Automation Tools, developing best practice and roadmap for further adoption across business operations.
Ensure that the processes for extracting revenue data across its partners are accurate, validated, and continuously improved.
About You:
Experience in Operations/Process Improvement/related-Data Ops field
Process Automation & Tools: Experience automating website, marketing, or data operations using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) or other automation platforms like Zapier.
Process Improvement: Skilled in analysing, documenting, and optimising processes
Growth Mindset: Proven track record of solving complex problems to fuel growth
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision in work.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communicator who thrives in a team environment and at managing stakeholders across multiple departments.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
Nice to have but not essential: experience with data warehousing / BI tools and knowledge of SQL/Python
