ESSENTIALS
2-4 years experience in operations, business operations, agency coordination, or administrative roles
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong process management skills
Comfortable managing multiple workflows and operational tasks simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Systems-oriented mindset with interest in improving internal processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency or startup-style environment
Experience working with internal collaboration and documentation tools
Interest in operations, internal infrastructure, and organizational systems
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the operational backend of onboarding new clients to the agency
Create and maintain client infrastructure across internal systems and documentation tools
Set up internal collaboration channels including Slack workspaces and shared documentation
Manage and maintain internal operational trackers, pipelines, and staffing resources
Assist with proposal infrastructure and new business documentation
Support the transition from prospect → signed client → onboarding
Help maintain internal knowledge bases, documentation portals, and agency directories
Organize operational workflows, SOPs, and internal process documentation
Coordinate employee onboarding across agency systems and communication tools
Manage invitations and access across Slack, Google Workspace, and internal systems
Ensure new hires are properly integrated into client teams and internal workflows
Support employee offboarding and system access management
Assist leadership with operational projects and internal coordination
