What You’ll Do
Provide 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, young adults, and/or families
Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and ongoing treatment planning
Collaborate with our Clinical Director as needed for complex or crisis cases
Complete documentation efficiently using built-in AI tools
Customize your clinical preferences so we can match you with clients aligned to your expertise
Your Schedule & Caseload
Minimum of 5 hours/week, with the option to build up to a full caseload
Weekends and evenings are available but never required
You choose the ages, conditions, and session types you want to work with
Qualifications
Active independent license in Florida (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent)
2+ years experience treating children/teens and their families
Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment delivered via telehealth
Experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions
Enjoys autonomy and working in a supportive virtual environment
Spanish bilingual is a plus
