Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will:
Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to a population ranging from children to young adults.
Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning via a unified digital dashboard.
Manage a caseload that fits your lifestyle (minimum 5 hours/week).
Specialist in low-acuity cases focusing on ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
(Optional) Transition your existing private clients to our platform for an improved compensation rate.
Required Qualifications
Licensure: Must hold an active, independent clinical license in the state of North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist).
Experience: 2+ years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and family dynamics.
Clinical Skills: Strong foundation in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using virtual platforms and AI-assisted documentation tools.
Bilingual: Spanish fluency is a significant plus.
