Job Duties

• Data gathering, cleanup and entry.

• Handling media team requests.

• Providing feedback and driving the Catalog improvements.

• Providing support to the Media Owner Portal users.

• Access management.


Personal Skills

• Has basic experience in administration of business applications.

• Is an ultimate Excel and Google Spreadsheets user.

• Has a long attention span and can handle monotonous tasks with great attention to detail (see the test challenge).

• Is comfortable with manual work but seeks for an opportunity to automate repeated tasks.

• Basic Python knowledge is optional but welcome.

• AI experience is optional but welcome.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university or equivalent practical experience; 3+ years of experience working with data. Experience in administration of business applications such as User management and Roles and Permissions management.
