Who you are

  • 7-10+ years in media or advertising (OOH experience strongly preferred,
    print, programmatic or digital is a plus).

  • Can develop, nurture & propel client relationships, by building trust and
    offering strategic partnerships.

  • Maintain and grow large client relationships.

  • Strong strategist - creating and executing plans.

  • A natural storyteller, elevating data and insights to be compelling and
    memorable.

  • Comfortable with numbers (budgets, margins, and commercial decisions).

  • A people leader who can coach, challenge, and grow a team – manage
    direct and in-direct reports.

  • Great communicator who can simplify complex ideas for clients.

  • Commercial mindset and can spot growth opportunities and knows how to
    sell them.
