AtLuxuria Vacations, we design one-of-a-kind travel experiences for clients who expect the best. We re looking for apart-time Marketing Specialistto help tell our story. Someone who understands how to connect with a discerning audience through smart, elegant marketing.This role is ideal for someone who loves crafting content, has a sharp eye for design, and knows how to balance creativity with execution. If you re fluent in HubSpot, confident writing polished copy, and excited about the world of luxury travel, we d love to meet you.What You ll DoBring the Luxuria brand to life through thoughtful, high-quality marketing campaigns.Own the execution of email marketing, surveys, and review requests in HubSpot, from build to send to performance tracking.Write clear, compelling copy in polished English across platforms (emails, social media, surveys, and more).Keep our Instagram presence active and beautiful, posting at least weekly with approved imagery or short-form video content from partners.Create simple, stylish graphics that reflect our brand and the destinations we represent (Canva, Adobe, etc.).Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns reflect current priorities and stay true to our tone of voice.What You BringExperience in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-end consumer marketing. You know how to speak to an affluent, detail-focused audience.Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot is an absolute must, especially for email marketing and campaign analysis.Excellent English writing skills. Your grammar, tone, and attention to detail are top-notch.Social media savvy, particularly on Instagram, with a creative eye for aesthetics and engagement.Basic design and video editing skills. You can create clean, on-brand visuals and short-form videos (Reels, Stories, etc.) without heavy design support.A self-starter with a proactive, collaborative approach.
