THE ROLE
As the Marketing Lead at OAK’S LAB, you will own our end-to-end marketing engine, from traffic acquisition to conversion optimization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the direction of our marketing strategy and translate strategic vision into executed, measurable, and continuously optimized marketing initiatives.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will personally manage and optimize paid acquisition channels and analytics, while also coordinating a lean team of specialists across graphic design, website development, content, and social media.
Your mission will be to drive qualified inbound leads, strengthen brand authority, and build a predictable, data-driven marketing system that fuels company growth.

A clearly defined attribution model showing where leads originate and how they convert

RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance marketing & analytics (Hands-on ownership)
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on the US market and tech startup decision-makers
Own the full Google Analytics setup end-to-end. Configure events, goals, funnels, and conversion tracking to accurately measure campaign performance, user behavior, and ROI
Analyze traffic sources, user flows, and website performance. Identify drop-off points and lead initiatives to improve conversion rates from visitor to qualified lead
Team coordination & execution
Coordinate and manage a team of specialists across graphic design, website development, content, and social media
Ensure marketing initiatives move efficiently from concept to execution. You will be responsible for prioritization, alignment, timelines, and quality of output
Ensure all messaging, visuals, and campaigns are aligned with OAK’S LAB’s positioning, brand voice, and commercial goals
Strategy & leadership
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO in shaping growth initiatives. You will actively contribute ideas and collaboratively turn concepts into testable campaigns, scaling what proves effective and refining what doesn’t
Evolve our inbound marketing, SEO, and content strategy to position OAK’S LAB as a credible and authoritative product development partner, attracting both clients and top-tier talent
Proactively propose new traffic channels, campaign angles, and conversion tactics. Test, learn, and iterate
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within a tech agency, software house, consultancy, or VC-backed startup
Proven, hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Deep knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy
Strong technical proficiency with Google Analytics, including event tracking, funnels, and custom reporting
Solid understanding of conversion-focused website design and conversion rate optimization principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to execute independently
Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Nice to Have
Native-level English
Experience marketing to the US tech ecosystem
Familiarity with the software product development lifecycle
