THE ROLE

As a Product Lead, you will lead one of our teams developing high-potential tech startups and scale-ups. You'll have a large amount of ownership for the product you will be building, leading the product vision all the way through to delivery.

You will work closely with your dedicated team of designers, engineers, and QAs to ensure the product you are developing is loved by its users and is achieving its business goals. Our product teams are small and effective, usually ranging from 5 to 15 people.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Defining, driving, and executing the product vision

  • Directing and overseeing qualitative & quantitative customer research together with your designer to ensure key insights are discovered

  • Defining value proposition to drive product-market-fit

  • Driving all technical initiatives from the business side such as requirements analysis, process mapping, and data analysis

  • Planning and executing a product roadmap

  • Coordinating closely with our business development team to ensure timelines, budgets, and contracts with our clients are set appropriately and are held to

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in English

  • Ability to deeply understand the problems, needs, and desires of customers and turn them into business decisions

  • An eye for data - ability to make objective, data-driven decisions, define product performance metrics and track them on an ongoing basis

  • Experience with influencing and negotiating with stakeholders at a senior level and effectively managing their expectations

  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail

  • Knowledge of agile principles

  • Focus on outcomes and quality of output

  • Empathetic and team player

  • Driven, hard work ethic showing commitment
