Spring & Bond is a digital media agency and consultancy specializing in helping pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers create robust, omnichannel media strategies for both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumer audiences. We emphasize transparency and client empowerment through comprehensive services, including customer journey planning, media strategy and activation, technology evaluation, in-house capability development, and training.

What you'll do:

We’re looking for a dynamic Manager, Programmatic to join our team! With minimal supervision, the Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across programmatic platforms, as well as providing insights for reports. The Manager will also add value to client relationships by proactively communicating professionally and efficiently and developing a deep understanding of the client’s business. A Manager will have 3 - 5 years of digital media buying/trading experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage key account campaigns including trafficking, buying execution, ongoing optimizations, and media planning support

  • Launch, track, and optimize the performance of real-time bidding campaigns to ensure goals are met with the supervision of the Associate Director/Director/Senior Director (paid search and social experience a plus)

  • Manage campaigns daily and ensure client KPIs are being met across all ongoing media including spend tracking

  • Support client services through receiving and testing creative, pacing, delivery, and performance

  • Troubleshoot technical serving issues, buying discrepancies, and reporting errors

  • Work with the AdOps and Analytics team to analyze campaign performance and create actionable insights and optimization recommendations

  • Support monthly actualization process

  • Pull 3rd party delivery reports and screenshots; identify and assist the Ad Ops manager or director in investigating 3rd party discrepancies

  • Communicate campaign problems to the internal Ad Ops team, effectively and proactively offer viable alternatives

Your Qualifications:
Hard skills:

  • Solid hands-on understanding of Google Campaign Manager & DSPs, including trafficking, reporting, and basic troubleshooting

  • Proficient use of Google Suite tools

  • Self-manage tasks to meet deadlines with minimal follow up

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid grasp of ad server terminology like impressions, clicks, conversions, CTRs, CPMs, etc.

  • Working knowledge of core optimization levers across programmatic

Soft skills:

  • Ability to thrive while juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Showcases initiative to help on projects outside of day-to-day responsibilities
