Spring & Bond is a digital media agency and consultancy specializing in helping pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers create robust, omnichannel media strategies for both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumer audiences. We emphasize transparency and client empowerment through comprehensive services, including customer journey planning, media strategy and activation, technology evaluation, in-house capability development, and training.

What you'll do:

The Manager, Paid Social drives paid social excellence by building and optimizing media strategies that deliver measurable business impact. This role owns and oversees day to day execution across paid social platforms, communicates performance clearly to clients and stakeholders, and ensures campaigns run seamlessly from planning through reporting. The Manager also contributes to developing junior team members and elevating best practices across the social discipline.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build, activate, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and additional platforms as needed

  • Translate brand and audience insights into platform specific strategies and targeting plans

  • Manage campaign delivery, QA, pacing, and budget accuracy while resolving issues proactively

  • Analyze performance data to create clear, insight driven reporting with strategic recommendations

  • Partner with analytics, media, and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution across channels

  • Support regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements for healthcare and high scrutiny categories

  • Maintain testing roadmaps and surface opportunities to improve efficiency and engagement

  • Manage and guide 1-2 direct reports in executional tasks and knowledge development

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 4-6 year’s experience in Paid Social Marketing.

  • 1-2 years of people management experience

  • Pharma industry experience preferred

  • Deep understanding of social platforms such as Meta, Reddit, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and X

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides; experience with data visualization tools a plus (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau)

  • Strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills

  • Desire to continually learn, improve, and grow within the media buying industry

  • Ability to self-manage under deadlines

  • Demonstrates professional verbal and written communication skills
