Job Title: Lead/Senior Recruiter

Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Compensation: $1,600 - $2,000 USD/month base; OTE: 2400/month

Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead/Senior Recruiter at Agent. The Recruiter will be responsible for onboarding new clients to understand hiring requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. This role will involve working closely with hiring managers and applicants to ensure successful placements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Utilize Job boards and applicant tracking systems to identify, engage, and track potential candidates.

  • Document sourcing processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

  • Collaborate directly with hiring managers/customers to understand the specific needs and requirements of each role.

  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.

  • Ensure all sourcing activities are aligned with company goals and standards.

  • Update customers and gather client feedback throughout the hiring process

  • Ensure contract negotiations between clients and candidates go smoothly

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in sourcing talent for US companies for a variety of different locations, roles, functions, and level of seniority.

  • Has a discerning eye for talent and matching qualifications

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

  • Comfortable working directly with US based clients via video meetings and email.

  • Strong ability to document and improve sourcing, recruiting, and vetting processes.

  • Excellent communication skills (10/10), both written and verbal.

  • Excited to experiment with and incorporate modern AI tools to improve efficiency

  • Ability to work during 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

  • A strong hunger and drive to succeed and exceed expectations.
