Lead Generation Specialist / List Builder

Department: Growth
Location: Remote (Philippines or Latin America preferred)
Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST (must be willing to follow US time zone)
Employment Type: Full time, 40 hours a week

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist / List Builder to join our Growth department. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining targeted prospect lists, executing outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns, and managing the systems that drive our marketing and lead generation efforts.

If you have a strong eye for detail, love building systems and staying organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. While prior experience with email and LinkedIn outreach is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate who is smart, learns quickly, and consistently delivers high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • List Building & Research: Identify and compile accurate contact information (emails and phone numbers) for target prospects and industries.

  • Campaign Management: Execute targeted outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns, including industry conferences and events.

  • Tool Management: Utilize lead generation and outreach platforms (such as Apollo, Smartlead, Waalaxy and Instantly) to build, organize, and deploy campaigns.

  • Graphic Design Support: Create and design marketing materials, email templates, social media graphics, and campaign assets using design tools.

  • Data Organization & Maintenance: Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date prospect lists and campaign records within our systems.

  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and ensure data quality throughout the outreach process.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: You have a strong eye for detail and a natural inclination toward systems and organization.

  • Communication Skills: Clear, responsive, and easy to communicate with.

  • Time Zone Availability: Must be available to work 20 hours a week during US business hours (EST)

  • Fast & High-Quality Execution: Ability to get work done quickly without sacrificing quality.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience building and managing outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns.

  • Familiarity with lead generation and outreach tools such as Apollo, Smartlead, Waalaxy or Instantly.

  • Proven track record of finding accurate B2B phone numbers and email addresses.
