With our breakout title Last Epoch, we are moving fast into the next round of adventure!THE OPPORTUNITY: As the Lead Environment Artist for Eleventh Hour Games, you will drive the vision and execution for world and environment art while staying hands-on to build high-quality environments yourself. You'll establish a cohesive visual standard for large-scale worlds, collaborate closely with Art Direction, Design, and Engineering, and help shape the workflows and technical foundations that allow the team to build performant, beautiful environments at scale. This role requires understanding of modern real-time environment pipelines, large-world streaming workflows, terrain and landscape authoring, complex material systems, and procedural content workflows.
