Client Service Administrator (CSA) Lead – Central Washington Region

Location: Wenatchee, WA | Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Compensation: $25.00-30.00 Per Hour DOE

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Administrator (CSA) Lead to join our team for our Central Washington Region, overseeing daily CSA operations in the Wenatchee and Yakima offices. This leadership role partners closely with our Western Washington CSA Lead to ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence in client service across the firm.

The Opportunity

What You’ll Do

As the CSA Lead, you’ll be both a leader and a hands-on problem solver, guiding a team that’s essential to client success. Your responsibilities include:

Leadership & Team Development

  • Supervise, coach, and mentor CSA team members through regular one-on-ones, performance feedback, and professional development.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.

  • Lead team meetings, coordinate coverage across offices, and oversee onboarding and training for new hires.

Client Service Excellence

  • Support the firm’s mission of providing exceptional service by anticipating client needs and maintaining timely, professional communication.

  • Ensure CSA processes and handbooks are current, efficient, and aligned firmwide.

  • Act as a point of escalation for client or staff concerns, ensuring swift and professional resolution.

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee daily administrative operations across Central Washington offices.

  • Manage scheduling, workflow, and job deadlines for tax and CAS teams.

  • Partner with the Administrative Services Manager (ASM) and Western WA CSA Lead to align procedures and initiatives across the firm.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Hands-On Support

  • Assist with client communications, scheduling, and document coordination.

  • Deliver and submit tax returns and extensions.

  • Maintain client information in CRM systems and ensure accuracy across internal databases.

  • Step in to support reception and administrative needs when necessary.

What You Bring

  • Education: High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • Experience: 3+ years in administrative, client service, or operational support roles — ideally in a professional services firm.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience supervising or mentoring staff with a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset are key.
