Junior Software Developer Full Stack
Role Overview
This is a junior full-stack developer role where you'll write backend code in Go, work with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB databases, and make small frontend changes using Angular/Ionic for mobile and React for web. You'll implement features end-to-end with guidance from senior team members, participate in code reviews, and shadow on-call rotations to learn production operations. The role involves breaking down stories into tasks and working in a team that aims to deliver features quickly by bridging frontend and backend development.
Perks & Benefits
This is a remote-first position with asynchronous collaboration and flexible hours, prioritizing work-life integration over traditional balance. The company offers a high-trust environment with autonomy, opportunities to learn from code reviews and senior engineers, and career growth toward becoming a full-stack engineer. While not explicitly stated, typical remote tech benefits likely include health insurance and professional development support.
