At Eye Security, you will work closely with the business and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of legal topics in a fast-growing, tech-driven environment. This role is ideal for a junior legal counsel who is curious, proactive and eager to grow.
Your role at Eye Security
You will review, negotiate and manage the lifecycle of a broad range of agreements, including NDAs, marketing and event agreements, partnership agreements and other commercial arrangements.
You will draft, improve and maintain legal templates and contract playbooks, helping the business move faster and work more consistently.
You will act as a trusted legal sparring partner for internal teams, answering questions across commercial, corporate, compliance and organizational topics.
You will support the company in staying compliant in a fast-changing regulatory environment, including GDPR, DORA, NIS2 and the AI Act, by helping draft policies, processes, internal documentation and agreements.
You will help improve the way the legal team works by optimizing processes and embracing smart tooling and legal tech solutions.
You will stay curious and proactively explore new legal topics that may impact the business, translating them into practical and actionable advice.
What you will need
You have at least one year of relevant legal experience (e.g. in-house, law firm, or a combination).
You have hands-on experience reviewing legal agreements.
You have a solid foundation (or a strong interest) in digital compliance areas such as data, cybersecurity and privacy.
You possess master’s degree in law.
You are fluent in Dutch and English; German would be a plus.
You enjoy optimizing and automating processes.
You have strong interest in technology and are eager to learn.
You are proactive person and enjoy taking ownership.
You are available to work from our office in The Hague at least once a week.
